Troubleshooting

Skool video download not working?

Most failures come from one of five places: the lesson is not playing, the wrong extension build is open, activation uses a different email, the embedded provider has not loaded, or the source is unsupported or protected.

Do these checks first

  1. Confirm the video plays normally in Skool with the current account.
  2. Open the individual lesson or post, not a broad feed or module overview.
  3. Reload the page, press play, and wait for visible movement.
  4. Close and reopen the extension after playback starts.
  5. Confirm you installed the latest build of Skool Bulk Downloader.
  6. Sign in with the same email used for the trial or purchase.
  7. Test one modest quality before retrying the largest option.

Know when a retry will not help

  • Your account cannot play the lesson.
  • The recording is still live and no replay exists.
  • The player uses DRM or an unsupported protection method.
  • The creator removed the source video.
  • The workflow requires Safari or a mobile browser.
  • The requested quality was never provided by the source.
