Bulk workflow
Skool Course Downloader: Bulk Backup in Lesson Order
This is the commercial bulk-course workflow—not the original tool that starts from one open video. Select an accessible course, modules, or lessons once and let one recoverable job work through them in order.
Start with a course map
Create one folder per module and a simple checklist before downloading. Skool classrooms often combine videos, text, links, worksheets, live events, and several video providers, so a visible map prevents missing or misfiled lessons.

|---|---|
| Video lesson | Queue the supported video, save it, and verify the MP4. |
| Text lesson | Keep your own notes or use the creator-provided export option. |
| Worksheet or attachment | Use the lesson's normal file link when permitted. |
| External resource | Record the stable link beside your course notes. |
| Live call | Wait for a replay unless you have a separate authorized recording workflow. |
The current manager keeps the selection and ordered course job visible before any supported media is written to the chosen folder.

- Open the course in the bulk downloader and review the discovered structure.
- Select the course, modules, or lessons you are authorized to save.
- Choose a destination folder and confirm the backup settings.
- Start the single course job and follow the current lesson from the Downloads tab.
- Pause or resume the job when needed; retry or skip a failed lesson deliberately.
- Review History and backup-report.md before treating the archive as complete.
Estimate the complete job before starting
| Planning question | Record before the queue |
|---|---|
| How many video lessons? | Review the discovered modules and separate downloadable, information-only, locked, and unknown items. |
| How much runtime? | Add representative lesson and replay durations instead of guessing from lesson count. |
| How much storage? | Measure sample files, estimate the full archive, and leave operational headroom. |
| Which items are permitted? | Label owned, permitted, permission needed, excluded, and creator-download available. |
| Where will files live? | Choose the working folder, final archive, and second approved copy. |
Run the course in recoverable batches
- Finish one representative lesson from each provider before scaling up.
- Work through one module or clearly labeled batch at a time.
- Let the current course job process one lesson at a time and preserve its structured output.
- Move completions into a needs-review folder rather than directly into the final archive.
- Verify the beginning, middle, ending, sound, and readable detail.
- Rename and file only verified lessons, then update the manifest.
- Retry failures separately and document unsupported or excluded items.
- Compare the final folder with the course map before cancelling or migrating anything.

Verify the archive
- Every video lesson has a matching checklist row.
- Each finished file opens and includes both picture and sound.
- The beginning, midpoint, and ending play correctly.
- Lesson numbers and module folders match the classroom order.
- Failed or unsupported lessons remain clearly marked for review.
- The archive contains only material you are authorized to save.
