Install Skool Bulk Downloader
Use the exact product delivered through your SERP Store account. Keep the extracted extension folder in a permanent location, then load and pin it in Google Chrome 116 or newer.
1. Sign in to your account
Open your SERP Store account using the same email used at checkout. A one-time passcode is sent to that inbox; there is no separate account password for the current flow.
2. Download and extract the correct build
- Find Skool Bulk Downloader in your account and download the Chrome build.
- Open the downloaded archive and extract the full folder.
- Move that folder somewhere permanent, such as Documents or a dedicated Apps folder.
- Do not rename, move, or delete individual files inside the extension folder.
3. Load the extension

- Open chrome://extensions/ in Google Chrome.
- Enable Developer mode.
- Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted extension folder, not the ZIP file.
- Confirm Skool Bulk Downloader appears without an error banner.
- Pin the extension from the browser toolbar so it is easy to open from a lesson.
4. Activate and test
- Open the extension and enter your checkout email.
- Enter the current one-time passcode sent to that inbox.
- Open an accessible Skool classroom and launch the bulk downloader.
- Select one short representative lesson and choose a local destination folder.
- Run the test backup and verify its files and backup report before selecting a full course.
