DMCA Copyright Policy

SERP respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how rights holders can submit a compliant copyright notice and how affected users can submit a counter-notification.

1. Designated copyright agent

A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material available through the service infringes a copyright may send a notice to:

SERP
TSMC LLC
1095 Sugarview Drive, Suite 500
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Phone: 323-628-8306
Email: dmca@apps.serp.co

2. Notice of claimed infringement

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice should include substantially all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
  3. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including specific URLs when available.
  4. Contact information sufficient to reach the complaining party.
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender is authorized to act for the owner.

3. Counter-notification

If material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, a counter-notification should include substantially all of the following under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

  1. The affected person's physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
  4. Name, address, telephone number, consent to the appropriate federal-court jurisdiction, and agreement to accept service from the original complaining party.

A valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the original claimant. Material may be restored if the claimant does not timely report a court action seeking to restrain the activity, subject to applicable law and SERP's discretion.

4. Repeat infringers

SERP may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. It may also restrict access where a user infringes third-party rights, even if a repeated pattern has not yet been established.

5. Lawful use only

The product is designed for substantial lawful uses. SERP does not authorize, encourage, induce, or condone copyright infringement or circumvention of technical protections.

  • Do not reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works without authorization or another lawful basis.
  • Do not circumvent a technological measure controlling access to a copyrighted work.
  • Do not use the product in a way that violates intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights.

6. Changes and questions

This policy may be updated by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Copyright-policy questions should be sent to dmca@apps.serp.co; ordinary product support should use support@serp.store.
